It's impossible to my knowledge, due to the extremely restrictive nature of Chrome OS. If you find a way, go for it. I'd say just find a way to get a laptop with Windows.
Install Windows XP on Chromebook, it worked for me
but I almost ruined my chromebook
so
all you need to do is put dat on a flash drive
it worked 4 me
