How could you make a game without adding English? Why, you dont want people to recognize or actually play it?
Why dont you learn other languages ? rather than expecting the world around you to speak and write in english ? Or you might be able to pay for the localization work ?
If being recognized means having more people like you in the community, I think the developer made a good decision when he kept Portuguese as the only language :D
It was made in the 1999 as a project to enter a university, in that time the acess of other lenguages was almost impossible
