Yes unfortunately that's all the content for 2.3 I guess but if you are in 2.4 that's not the final quest
in 2.4 it had me raise mokotos affection then have a talk at the beach about the contract, but then it says all quests done. there is that one event where i can reserve the beach for a day. you are saying there is more than this?
If i remember correctly the last quest in Makoto is in the onsen (aka hot spring) talking about money problems (to avoid spoiling the event hehe)
