I guess you could give points for well chosen music that fits the game, and extra points if it's made by de developer. So really awsome and well chosen music could be 4 points, and okay music made by the developer themselves, also 4 points, and maybe 5 points for great music made by the dev specifically for this game?
It's the same with graphics and other assets I suppose.
