The game is very buggy.
I started the game with the elevator, could not find flashlight and it would not let me go further in the game. Towards the first corner I saw the key but it would not let me pick it up, even thou I pressed the LMB numerous time.
Finally, after a while I picked it up, but I could not open any of the doors, once again, I selected the keys and followed the instructions and it would not let me do anything.
Other than that, the entire time, there was some Russian text saying "press Caps" and I did and then I pressed exit and it still did not go away, it was overlaying the screen. (evidence is shown in the photo).
The game does look nice and I do want it to work, honestly, if you could fix those things, that would be sublime. Thanks. 
Greetings, for some reason the menu with the tutorial did not work for you, I will explain to you here, the model of the key is highlighted in yellow, so you had to press the center of the LMB, then to open the door you need to press the right mouse button, you could see in the trailer of the game which door you need to open, door number 13, next to it the color blinks, this is still early access, there may be bugs here, thank you, let's try to fix it!
