Is your OS windows ? If yes which windows ? Do you have winrar or any equivalent software (that manages .rar files) ?
Im on Windows 10 Home, But I can try out Winrar to see if that works out

I tried it on my side and it seems that windows does not support opening .rar files, unless you have winrar
