“.. You, do not have that power.. Star. You are but a prince, the next ruler of the throne, the only way he would EVER…be treated just like you.. is if I was whipped into exhaustion by his hand, but you and I both know he’s both unable to do so.. and will soon never have that chance.. go to your room.. this.. instant.”

"Hf-"

He blinked back tears, feeling his way out of the room. Phillip could hear his bedroom door slamming shut. And now we go back to Sun.

Sun lugged the washing from outside, where it had dried, to the rooms upstairs. This involved balancing on the steps while carrying a basket of very heavy washing and not falling over. Not the easiest task to perform.

"How'd he take it?" Edin's voice made him pause. Thalia giggled a little.

"Hook, line and sinker." She said and Sun could imagine her cruel little smirk crossing her round face. "I even looked at his stupid pictures to try get him on my side."

"So he doesn't suspect you?" Edin asked. There was a small pause and sun realized he was holding his breath. Still, he didn't dare let it out in case they heard him.

"He's Sun." Thalia said. "He suspects everyone. But I don't think he suspects me as much anymore."

His breath started became weak, he wanted to let it out but was unable to, the once thoughts of his sister just maybe changing.. shattered.. not existent any longer, his grip on the luggage of clothes became tight as.. tears began to swell in his eyes, his trust was yet again broken..

He dumped the laundry in the nearest room he could find before running up the spiralling stone staircase to his room.

As his pace would soon slow, he realized just how tired his body was, just how shakey his hands were.. and just how much he had cried in that short moment..

He saw the little brown bottle.

.. He grabbed the bottle.. and just threw it out of the window with such force, he thought the bottle would’ve broken before he was able to throw it..

“. . .”

aaand back to Star-

Star tugged at the coarse material of the hood. "Lu, are you sure this is going to work?"

Deleted 3 years ago

Lu was already about half way down, he looked back up and yelled, well, “whispered” loudly back up.

“Of course it’ll work, if it can hold me it can hold you..-!”

(Uh mate you want the blind boy to climb down a rope out a window?)
