With the slump your in I think you should focus on the main mechanics rather than trying to come out with a large update, For example you could focus on adding a new game mode like a Campaign where you can use the PC and Bed or a Flashing mode where you actually flash people to increase your bar. There are so many different options for what you could add and none of them even have to be finished for you to add them. All that's necessary is making sure it DOES ADD SOMETHING, It DOESN'T BREAK THE GAME, And that IF IT ISN'T FINISHED then put a (W.I.P) text next to it.
You may think that you have to make up for the time you spent in a slump but you don't. And finally... Please post... It doesn't even have to be with an update or anything... Just post so that people don't lose interest.
(P.S) Avoid anything you can't do yourself like art or animating, you can hire someone for those later, Or maybe there are some fans willing to do it for free.
