I do not. I have only downloaded and played this game the past week or two and have only downloaded the most recent version off their Patreon. I think I remember something mentioned about using the debuging tool when trying to play from a older save from a previous version. I would check their Pateron for anything mentioning this topic. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Hmm, my only guess would be that maybe its locked because you don't have enough affection with her, due to how you answered at the beginning? You can gain affection with her every payment day by picking the choice that compliments her. I answered the 2-3 choices you have with her when you first meet correctly.(hearts came out) which may have made it easier to get her to give up her hair later. If this is infact the case I will update the log to include the intro days as well. (I will start a new game this weekend to test out this theory.)
all right speed ran the game. She does refuse to give it to you if you answered the beginning choices with her incorrectly I will add this info to the walkthrough. So you cant really get affection for her except on payment day so you should work on the orders till then and chose the top choice after giving the payment.(it should give you a affection point after each payment with her.) if that doesn't work after 2 payments then you may have to restart and get the early questions correct.
