Even the $5 for cleaning help was taken by nurse from public donation funds. Nurse desperately needs money to pay her mother’s hospital fees. Player needs to find new source of money. No hints.
So I went, well, the poor broke nurse clearly ain’t an option. And went around poking every other NPC.
