Hi, is it necessary that the game is finished, or can it be a finished demo, if I have a game, but I have not finished its final version can I send it to the jam when I update it?
A demo is fine, and you can continue to update it once the jam is complete. There are no restrictions on languages, although usually a high percentage of participants/voters will be English speaking.
