There's no Github repository URL, so make sure to post that so we know where your code came from.
Everything interesting about this game - the sound effects, the art, etc - came from the original Doodle Jump. I'm not sure what you added.
The controls don't really work - I can just hold the jump button down to fly up forever. The score takes up way too much of the screen.
And I'm not sure what this has to do with the theme... I guess maybe the doodle jump guy is a bug?
