A question, is there any use or any reason to have a baby in the game?,Or are the babies useless or is it just something enhanced in the game?
It's kinda just a fetish. You can't really do anything with your child if you have one, as it will immediately get taken away. I believe there will be an update in the future that allows interaction somehow with your child.
Not until NPC good endings. Reason being having babies/kids around makes it way too difficult to write NPC's stories
