I have 2 saves where I did and did not snitch on him and currently I still have 71 likes on both saves with him, (still have to find him in public bath and inn in Northcrest to see if it had impact there as well)

Like sucking his dick while helping Bernard the whole day in the shop, or sucking it in front of Torben's house, 'watching' fireworks, roaming the fair and Northcrest residential area..
Oh you can also miss an interaction with him if you didn't check the building progress part for more houses plenty of times..
