A good idea for implementing this limitation. The music isn't bad, although it got a little repetitive after a while.
A few suggestions for improvements:
1. In a 3D game, the camera should ideally be controllable, or at the very least mounted to the player. I frequently crashed into obstacles because I could not see what was in front of me.
2. As far as I could tell, the game was just about avoiding collisions. There should be a positive goal as well, such as reaching a target or picking some objects up.
3. I also experienced a bug where, after a certain number of losses, I found myself under the surface. Now nothing could collide with me, and eventually I just fell off the table.
