I have the same problem cant continue any quest. All quest require the bar or the store. "Shit i forgot my iD should come back next time" and at the Store it says nothing to Do here .
The above will work but maybe you are playing the version that had a bug. Emily is required to unlock the store/bar but a crash made that impossible.
Those bugs have been fixed and re-uploaded two days ago, if you redownload the game now, all the issues are solved.
