Spaceface14, its a trojan. i removed it with Windows Defender. you sadly have to do a full scan which can take a few hours. at the end it finds the threat and says to press the button and it restarts the computer. it removes it while restarting
I did a full scan early and found nothing...
do another scan just in case, otherwise it's fine
