You can announce it in Game Jams, and / or ping the official account on Twitter, for example, if you're there, otherwise I'm not sure. But why not promote it on social media yourself?
Wherever you hang out and there might be interested people? And if you mean the jam calendar, it might be because you just created it. An admin has to see it first, and it was the weekend.
