Yes, if you had his first cumshot inside of you you'll lose 40 insanity pts, then it switches over to a game over scene with an extended dialogue section. So yes, a bad ending :)
I'm just gonna say this, I'm fucking stupid. I missed the entire mini plotline involving Xer until like 3 months later and only noticed when I accidentally unlocked the first part. also thank you for bringing this up.
