try the link cable, and make sure you open the oculus app and steamvr, otherwise ogga bogga wont recognize your headset as a vr/hmd. open it then it should work
my PC is a piece of junk and it does not have the capability to run pcvr or Steam VR I need a different method
different method: get a pc that can run pcvr
cloud streaming service/cloud pc? or just plug your link cable into the motherboard of your computer.
