I use Ryen, Threy, Mirel, and someone based on enemy type. Threy use aura of regeneration, Ryen use loud roar and silence from orb and Mirel as a sniper use doble shot (when tp runs out she use alertness and fight again) Against physical attack enemies I use Brad as third one, against mages Chyio and against groups of veak enemies Tsubaki.
