Indeed, there is a bug already reported.
When you upgrade charisma, you gain +0.3 and when you check it only show "1" not "1.3".
So until you get at "2", it will still show you "1" even if you are at "1.9".
It's the same thing for all others stats, but there are +0.6 or +0.8 so people didn't report it.
You can't see your full stat, but your stats increase.
When you finish a task or work, the system tell you how much your stat increased at the end.
You just need to continu to increase until you have "10" which is for now the max.
