The fact that you're doing this at 2:40am in the morning is hilarious.

I am now answering this at 4 am and I hate that both answers have their arguments.

 Being wet is having the presence of water on your surface and when you put water on water you simply add to it's mass, the argument is it cannot get wet. On the other hand water IS wet because by nature, if water is the one getting other things wet then water is wet itself.
