Think maybe the jam is so popular that it's taking really long?
Sadly I can say that's not the problem. Even the Brackeys and GMTK jams which have upwards of 5000 participants post their results right away. My guess is that because this jam not only has the ratings winner, but also a winner chosen by the hosts, they have to pick the winner manually before it will show the results.
