no u need to use terminal to turn the game file into a executable here is a video to help u :) u can find it in the macOS folder of you game. to do that you need to right click on the game and go show package contents then go through to the contents folder and find the macOS folder with the game file inside then follow the steps in this video to turn that file into an executable.
