how did you get that achievement? , I need information on how you got it , please

With no heart-producing baby,brother bobby is the only one to use at a lower cost.Then I get the

Sanguine Bond so that I can use 50 heart to place a spike for aoe damage.Friendly ball helps a lot also.(Sorry for my poor English)

If you ever feel like the spike itself isn't enough dps just use Tooth & Nail.
