simply download the file, drag the folder that is inside the zipped folder to your desktop or anywhere else on your system. Then open the .exe file by double clicking on it.
7z is a type of zipped folder. You should still be able to extract it with any other zip manager. But I can convert it to a standard windows zip for ease of use. Otherwise you have to click open with and choose the program you use for zipped files. Thanks for making me aware of this possible issue
