Hello, this game was made for a game jam that localized in Turkey so we didn't make a version for other users. This can bring you a confusing experience we are sorry for that. However, basically you can walk around with WASD and skip the convo with pressing R.
And I think you are stuck with the first part, you can enter the buildings with pressing E.
