Would you consider changing the Ms. of Ms. Hart to Dr. on the front page? You can edit the next sentence to say "a young female psychologist"
The main character is not a doctor, some characters use it to refer to her as an honorific of sorts but she has no medical education nor is a PhD. Hope that clears things up.
