I think it's toxic when you treat a real person like an object or a stereotype because of a race fetish, but it's okay to have preferences for physical traits. People search "big boobs" or "big ass" or "redhead" all the time, and it's just a matter of them being in the mood for a particular trait in that moment. Skin color is just another physical trait, and I think it's okay to seek out content that includes physical traits that you find appealing.
Dark skin is no fetish. It is extra stated, because dark skin is not usual for this kind of games and no POC characters are in the screenshots above.
It is also not listed as a fetish, it is listed what the game includes. There are standing a lot of fetishes, but things like „Gay“ is not a fetish too.
