Glad you liked it. Yeah I think it's due to a missing background/story for the game.
The original idea was if a player ate glitched (not real) meat will become hungry ,and run faster to look for a real meat. Once the player ate a real meat, the running speed will decrease ,and you won't reach the end that fast.
So the goal is to get the highest score ,and faster time.
