For all the people wondering, sorry, but there is no way to get back your lanterns. The lanterns are supposed to be used sparingly, and I guess in hindsight we should have made a retry for when players when they ran out. And also, the game might be a bit harsh, but the game was originally a rage game. Trust me, it took us about 10 whole minutes of playtesting to beat the game, so sorry for the exponential difficulty curve.
