First at all, graphics are very cool! I think, if you can work on your submission after the jam, you can make some upgrade:
- Make a queue of people waiting for there turn (and make some other thing around that)
- Show the changes on characters, or just a feedback that can tell the player "Hey man, this is what happen!"
- You are close to a management game, so add some resources or other think
Other than that, it is funny!
