I saw on twitter that Kei's route is playable. May I ask how I meet him? Is there something special I have to do, or does he come later as the story progresses?
Become at least friends with Hikaru, then you get a scene with him on weekends. After that, just wait for "messages" from him during certain dates (forgot when exactly)
