i can't change clothes after doing fighterclub the second time. idk if it is fight club but i'm calling it that cause it sounds funny. but my save seems ok but can't change clothes.
Sleep or shower or go to the toilet, it helped for me. Also getting parasites then removing them might also fix it in theory but don't quote me on that
