It won't let me go to the park, and when I bring Ally back to Master there's no option to do the upgrade (it was several in game days ago that he mentioned it) so did I miss a time frame or something?

I do, I already fixed her, I'm trying to do the next upgrade. Or are there more parts? I noticed if I went to the library I can ask for a book on automatons, do I need to do that? When I take Sarah to the library I (character) can't think what I need help with so nothing gets done. Idk what I'm missing.
