I like that you were able to carry FADE over into this entry. Was nice to interact with them again. I could only get the initial enemy to spawn, unless I was missing them somehow, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how many customization options you included, and I'm really glad I hit pause and saw that I had even more options for customizing the look of the ship. That was a great discovery and I think you should have made that a little more evident to the player just in case others miss it.
Overall, great work and an excellent entry.
