Enjoyed the idea of switching between the two 2D platformer styles, as well as the “end of wave” combo of buff/debuff. There are lots of areas for improvement, especially around the control scheme and visual and audio communication of the game state changes.
It’s very likely you’ve got a little gem of a game on your hands, with enough polish!
