Yeah there aren't many decisions, if any, that would count as fully socialist. The confusion makes sense though because (at least in America) we always hear about how the Nordic countries are "socialist".
By America you're refering to EUA only, am I right? Don't forget that there are other countries in America. Saying a hello from Brasil (yes, we use "s" here in Brasil)... ;).
