The sounds of a parade  and a large crowd of people caught Ren's eye from where he was sitting in the Alleyway.

He tilted his head, confused. He slowly got off the carpet, heading over to the crowd.

Swarms of people were watching and lining the streets as a fancy looking man draped in jewels and finery rode confidently towards the palace on a white horse. 

?: "Probably another suitor for the prince..." 

??: "How quick do you think he's gonna send away this one?"

Ren scoffed, crossing his arms, staring at him. Abu hopped onto Ren's shoulder, doing the same pose as him.

"When is he ever gonna get an actual real men for god sakes?"

He rolled his eyes in annoyance.

"Like-jesus just pick one-"

He watched as a couple of little kids ran out into the street. The man snarled, about to like-backhand the kids or even let his horse trample them underfoot. 

"Insolent brats-"

"HEY!"

Ren ran after them, grabbing them and pulling them behind him. He glared at him, pissed-

"What the hell is your problem asshole?! You almost hit those kids with your stupid ass horse!!"

He grabbed Ren by the back of his vest and threw him into the mud to laughter.

It got all over him-like-even in some of his hair. He then stood up.

".....Screw you. Y'know...that horse kinda looks like you-like a dumbass."

(HEYYYYYYY-I'm getting my hair done rn lol-It's drying. Anyways I think Imma dye it tomorrow should I go purple or blue?) 

The prince turned and scowled at Ren 

"You are nothing but a worthless street rat. You were born a street rat, you will die a street rat, and only your fleas will mourn you!" 

And with that, he strode into the palace, the gates slamming shut in Ren's face
