its probably the visual studio C++ redistrib. go to download page and look right below main download, the dev links the microsoft dl page
Installed it, but it did not solve it.
With the second try it worked, It's the poop thing about Intel-like processors: there's 3 flavours. Install the x64 on a modern i5/i7. The x86 will not work.
