There are multiple ways to heal the MC:
- By sleeping you recover certain percentage of HP
- By buying foods from the Guild Hall (accessed from City Center)
The HP of your partners also heals a certain percentage when you sleep. If you want to simply consume more energy (and go to sleep) you can just finish multiple times the 0-1 stage. That should be the easiest.
