I really enjoy Murmur a lot. Have you considered allowing updates through the itch.io app?

I've tried to find where I can do so. But support told that it's only up to user.

"Players that utilize the app should find that their purchases are automatically updated. However, they can also navigate to their settings in order to check for updates for their game files manually as well."

In other words, if there is no option for you. Then I'm afraid there is no way to use that feature for my game.

Not entirely accurate because sometimes when you try to run the update it says it cannot be downloaded through a 3rd party

It's words of itch.io support. And they are not giving me more than 4 GB upload size for one file. So, I'd say if you want to update my game, just use the website.
