Not super clear what you need to do to win. Hold out long enough without 'overcharge' and blowing up? ... I managed to finish the first level. It said "victory" on the screen, but it didn't go away and was blocking the view for the next level.
Sorry forgot to mention it in the instruction. Each level lasts from 12AM-12PM so you can look at the time on the upper right side to see how long you have left. Oh no I didn't see that issue in the final build. To get around it you can just hit the pause button 'p' twice .
