Hardcore Mode
Pros:
No Shoot Limit (NOTE: This might lag the game)
Angels will give you 3 seconds of invurnerability (to give players atleast 1 hope of speedrunning this to 10000 score)
Cons:
Rude Busters spawn every 5 seconds
Basically if you're hit, you're dead.
Ralsei becomes a minigun
Jevil only shoots spades
Berdly Statue has 2x more health
Kromer Collection 50% (Or basically just 50 and drops are 50% also)
Queen spawns battery acids that fall from the sky after queen spawns, these damage you (NOTE: This can be put to hardmode, normalmode, or both.)
Enemies spawns constantly
No bananas
Starwalker shoots stars that damage you instead of kromer.
The Big Yellow Bullet goes 2x faster.
Big Yellow Bullet only can be destroyed using 3 bullets
Spamton sometimes when shooting will enter corrupted mode, which makes corrupted bullets, which instead of damaging enemies, takes your kromer away by 100 when you shoot one, the indication that spamton is entering corrupted mode is the corruption on his glasses (The sprite will somewhat resemble the corrupted spamton when spamton is talking about "Fear")
Only a Touhou player can beat this.
Kromer Mode (or basically baby mode)
Pros:
You have 20 Health Bars
Enemies get instakilled by your bullets
Kromer collection 5x (basically you get 500 kromer per kromer, and also drops are 5x too, so if an enemy drops 5, they drop 25 instead.)
