I think you're wrong because I found this in the rules of the jam:

Have a team? Great! Everyone on your team gets their own 3 hours! One person may focus on one part, another on another, and so on. There are no restrictions on team sizes, so invite your friends!

It’s the 3rd time I do this jam with a team. I’ve read the rules like a hundred times.

Just to clarify, we didn't do 4x3, 12 hours, but every member worked around 3 hours on the game, but not at the same time.
