I'm still also having the same issue. It says it is downloaded but when I go to extract the files there is nothing there. I was told that it's best to learn hiragana first so wanted to give this one a shot first. I'll try download the Kanji one though and see how that works out.

Do you mean when you go to extract the files there is nothing in the .zip folder? Or there is no .zip folder at all?

It’s says there is nothing in the .zip folder at all, as if I’ve downloaded and empty one, when I click extract all. (This is the only one that’s had issues for me out of the whole Ukraine bundle if that helps. I’ve also tried downloading it multiple times on 2 different windows systems)

Might not help but have you tried downloading it via the itch.io app? I just did it that way and then pressed the run when it had finished downloading and it launched the installer and installed it. I didn't even have to go looking for the zip file or extract it or anything.
