Thank you that fixed it! Used Shift+G in the game screen itself, well same thing.
For anyone else having this issue, this page also will show in corrupt format but if you choose the option 2 or 3 in the options in top left corner (option 3 worked for me) then click on the bottom left one (to accept changes) it will fix it. :)
