Are there any special dialogues or scenes with the fudanshi guide/stalker guy? His birthday (Aug 17th) ends up on a Sunday so I can't go see him that day, which was my initial guess.
Pretty late but if the question is still up, you can wish him happy birthday on the 16th Aug. Nothing really is happening then. You spend the day with him and earn friendship points i guess ^^
