Quite a small game and from last we talked, you mentioned this was your first game jam? Very well done as the first game jam! There are some good things and other things to improve on here:
1) Controls are generally pretty good and feel good to play. Easy to move character around and jumping feels just right with the double jumping feeling a good snug fit with the great particle effects there.
2) Simple time stop mechanic that creates a bit of puzzle-platforming element to it. The elegance comes from the extremely well-done implementation of it, it's easy to use and understand (although at one point, I thought I had to hold my mouse for it).
To improve:
1) It seems like level 3 is impossible to beat? There's a bug where I can't jump on some parts of the ground making it impossible to beat.
2) I think the loop theme is only very loosely connected here in a weak way. The looping auto-reset feature is basically a delayed restart level which does not add to the game in any meaningful way. Would have loved this to be explored a little more, for example, maybe some boxes retain their positions even across 'loops'? That's a possibility.
Or maybe some switches can be switch on/off and their effects persists across the 'loops'. All in all, it should have been explored better.
For the first game jam, it's quite polished if you ask me. Fully featured with options, minimalistic but functional ui. It's pretty good you know! It's missing a lot in many aspects but you've got a good start!
